Though it may be counterintuitive to some, research strongly suggests we’re better served using our strengths than working on our weaknesses.
We’re happier, more productive, and more creative using our unique gifts. Don’t fret thinking you lack unique strengths; you have them, but possibly you haven’t recognized them.
