The Fearless Factor

The Fearless Factor

Jacqueline Wales book, The Fearless Factor, may be just the inspiration you need to move past your fears and live the life your soul desires. Wales likens life to a journey through a jungle, perhaps an apt metaphor given her own personal story which she shares liberally throughout the book.

With many personal stories illustrating how others have overcome their fears to live their lives more fully, each chapter includes a series of self-reflection questions designed to stimulate thoughtful introspection.

The Fearless Factor is written by a woman primarily for women. Though self limiting fears limit both sexes, the book features stories of women and women will most easily relate to this book.

Wales captures most of the normal positive self-help tips found in any self improvement book, packaging them in an easily read format. Missing in The Fearless Factor are opportunities for the reader to address her own specific fears with exercises related to each topic.

You can order Wales book through The Fearless Factor website.
